2. Send your items – once payment is received, we’ll email you shipping details
   
3. Add return shipping (€9) if you’d like your originals returned (free over €100)
   
4. Once finished, your files will be uploaded to a secure folder (30-day download link)
   
5. Optional USB (€10) available – files copied and sent back with your items
   

🧪 Moldy or Damaged Items

We also accept moldy, stuck or damaged tapes and films — even when most places won’t.

These require careful manual work and each case is different.

• You can send your items for assessment first.
• We will check them and provide a price for cleaning and digitisation.
• There is no obligation to proceed.
• If the price is not suitable, we can return your items for €9.

Many items that seem lost can still be recovered.
