We recommend using an An Post tracked service and keeping your tracking number until we confirm that your parcel has arrived. Sending instructions and our postal address will be provided after you place your order.

Use a strong box or protective mailer and pack everything so it cannot move, bend or rub during transport. Negatives and slides should be kept in sleeves, holders or suitable protective packaging where possible. Please do not use adhesive tape directly on photographs, negatives or slides.

Where practical, we reuse suitable incoming packaging for the return journey to reduce unnecessary packaging waste, so please make sure the packaging is strong enough to protect your originals on the way back as well.`

Your original photographs, slides, negatives and other media are returned using An Post tracked delivery. Our normal return shipping rates apply, with free return shipping on qualifying orders of €100 or more within Ireland.

Old family photographs and negatives can have sentimental value that cannot realistically be replaced or insured for their true personal value. Once a parcel has been handed to An Post, its transport is outside our direct control. As an additional safeguard, we keep your completed digital files for 30 days after your originals are shipped back to you. We recommend downloading and backing up your files as soon as you receive them.
